the potential of medical design – announcement

robotics and ai are changing medical technology at the speed of light, facilitating great progress in diagnostics und therapy. while hopes are raised and expectations regarding successful treatment increase, new fears and doubts emerge.

there is considerable evidence that where technological advancements are concerned we have forgotten to include an interface with people or have added it too late. in the workshop f/p design deliberately will focus on people to identify the potential to be tapped through medical design and determine innovative approaches to future medical technology.
