14 years of academic and scientific work by prof. fritz frenkler at the technical university of munich (tum).
he founded the movement of “new functionalism” and his chair aimed to combine design and research based on a scientific and interdisciplinary way of working and thinking.
since october 2020, fritz frenkler is tum emeritus of excellence in the tum senior excellence faculty.
